1. What software version is recommended?
It is recommended to use software version 2.7.116. This version is relatively stable in testing. For latest version of the original 2.8.130, there is customer feedback that it is unstable (SS167-G Version 2.7.25 is not supported).
2. Does it support USB connection?
No, it only supports WiFi communication (You can use the WiFi network card that comes with the laptop, or use the matching USB WiFi adapter to connect), the WiFi password is v2d + device serial number (lowercase letters).
3. How many years of vehicle models does it support?
It can support vehicles models from the year of 1996 to 2021.
4. What cables does the product include?
The Mini VOCOM II comes with 8-pin cable, but it does NOT include 14-pin and Renault 12-pin cable, which need to be bought separately.
